Many buses still use conventional suspension system, which feature a steel leaf spring design.
But engineers have discovered that air suspension system are a much more effective alternative.
Air suspension not only cut costs and weight, but they also reduce the amount of maintenance required,
since air suspensions reduce premature tire and brake wear. By providing proper ride spring frequency
and optimum damping, air suspensions equalize load as it is affected by braking or uneven terrain.
By keeping the better contact with the road, premature tire and brake wear are drastically reduced.
Other advantages to air suspension are a smoother ride, better handling and control, and reduced
vibration. An electronically - controlled air suspensions for buses, coaches also ensures a level vehicle
body ¡© even with uneven weight distributions with more advanced electronic controls.
There is no doubt bus suspensions have experienced significant changes and improvements in the past
few years. Korea Tomy bus air suspension is more durable, require less maintenance and can even save
you money with lower cost. But that doesn¡¯t mean it¡¯s time to stop searching for new and better solutions.
By keeping up with the latest new technology, you can ensure you get the most out of
your bus suspension.

Korea Tomy air suspension system for buses is designed to fit Korean buses but most of key components will be modified to meet the requirement of our customer's country regulation and customer's behavior or habit and road conditions.
The most important things are ;

Our system is for buses in high way and / or paved road as well and most modern design.
Less rolling devices equipped - Heavy duty type stabilizer bar and shock absorber (front/ rear),
Long life of moving and consumable parts
Front suspension system is more than 6.5 ton capacity for 12m bus, and 4.5ton for 9m bus.
In front suspension, five torque rods, one heavy duty type of stabilizer bar, one radius rod will have full
guarantee of front rolling and cornering or pitching. and two heavy-duty type of front shock absorber will offer best cushions.
In rear suspension, four torques rods, one heavy duty type of stabilizer bars and four shock absorbers
have strength to keep rolling and cornering action smooth.
Rear wide beam has designed and proved at 13 ton load for 12m bus and at 9ton for 9m bus with
factors by strength analysis that is light weight and heavy load resistance.
Wide span of four air bags in the rear axle and supported by wider span of shock absorbers are
full enough to reduce the rolling actions
Three leveling valves give the prevention of pitching motions
